IC Celestial Outlaws

(My notifs broke...)
*Karzak begins running a hand over his helmet.*
"Fellas, if we get to the captain, he'll recognise us. We were prisoners on his ship, so if we get there, we're going to be recognised. We need more weapons." *He whispers to the group.*
Delta responds, in a quiet, shaky voice that would almost seem like he's talking to himself if Karzak hadn't just whispered.
"remember your fear. show it to them under my 'command.' and all fear will be my subject."
He chuckles madly again, briefly, shaking with excitement.

[Several pirates stare back. The earlier revelry and drunken enjoyment seeming to disapate, even if many remain ignorant to the present threat.
*The well dressed pirate puts a hand in his pocket, his smug smirk hardening into a scowl. He turns to the rest of the group, disregarding M2.*
"Best get your bundle of wires in line, if your property pissed anyone off, you're taking the fall for it."
*He begins moving towards the captain's quarters. It's two levels up, so it'll be a while to get there.*]

M2 looks down as the group continues along, speaking quietly.

"Just give me the word. I will draw attention and firepower so you may all reposition."

"If not that... then we simply must wait."

(He hops on to his feet, a bit too much to where he almost falls forward in a complete 180° flip. Luckily, he catches his balance after flailing his arms.) "I know a lot more than two things, pal!"
(His "=}" face flips to ">={" as he puts his hands around his mechanical hip, trying to look intimidating.)

{TCF automatically sensors swears; you might get in trouble for doing it manually as it can be seen as trying to bypass them.}
(I'll keep it in mind, thanks.)
(His face flips back around, though his pose remains unchanged. He winks at the kobold.)

"Show me a machine! Something that runs by code! I'll work my magic!"
[One pirate pulls out a data pad, while another pulls out and old, beaten up radio. They hold them out to him, curious.
"Think he'll turn these things into guns?" "Maybe he'll be able to shock stuff with the internal workings,' "maybe he's able ta use them radio waves to read minds!"
*The pirates whisper among themselves, building expectations and anticipation for Terabyte's abilities.*]
Kelyn gives a subtle nod in agreement, but remains silent.

"I prupose we head to the armoury to retrieve our original weapons first, then, when we're ready, we can go to the captain and hopefully be desguised enough to avoud conflict. If not, we'll be equipped to defend ourselves appropriately." *He says again.*
"Cream, think you can tell the guy leading us to make a detour to the armoury?"

Xueqing thinks for a moment, then whispers back. "I don't think I can persuade them, but I guess I'll just try anyway..."
Then, she turns to the pirates. "Um, would you lead us to the armory please? My gun needs a replacement, and I know the risk I might face." She looks at the broken gun, then back at those. "I'd prefer not passing by cap'n's room though," the girl frowns, "the atmosphere there is too dense for me."

(Terabyte holds out his red, mechanical hand in the direction of the radio...)

(It turns on.)

"Hmph!" (He smirks, proud of himself.) "How many of you can do that!?"

(With another flick of his wrist, he turns it off once more.)

[*The pirate glances over his shoulder.*
"What, afraid the dear Captain might not have your best interests in mind?"
*He chuckles.*
"Real smart of you, girl. We'll pass by the armoury, but we all must be present with the captain in order to ensure our operation won't have any complications."]

[The gathered pirates stand and nod a little, not all that disappointed.
*The kobold, however, throws a nut (19) and hits the radio button to turn it back on again.*
"Depends on how ye look at things."

Several pirates murmer, now looking at Terabyte with a little less respect than earlier. A power being equalled by a man with good aim seems to make it seem less impressive to lesser minds.]

"I meant location, not people... But yeah i think." Xueqing tilts her head. <Well, didn't work.>
She turns back to the lizardfolk, whispering, "I need improvement on my social skills... Plan b?"

*Karzak leans back, whispering.*
"Once we get to the armoury, we should be armed enough to make a break for it. We can either defeat the captain or run off and steal one of the drop ships for ourselves."

"I would like to commandeer the ship, if able."

"It serves as a far better launching off point to accomplish what I intend to."

"The organics on this ship are weak willed, they can serve as allies if incentivized."

"Sure, we can in with that. When we arrive though, keep away from the cap'n if I'm permitted to change my weapon, because I'm going to fire in the hole." Xueqing blinks. "By the way, you or that robot should really try communicating with them instead of letting of do that, I'm... not really good at representing a whole group..."

"HEY, THAT'S CHEATING! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!."

Xueqing again hears that...
"oh by the way," she looks at the pirates, "you may check out what's going on over there."

"So we deal with the captain. Eh, might as well collect a bounty while we're here. New ship, plenty of cash, a crew, everything a spacer could want. Just need to sort out the food and water though."

[A pirate, wearing expensive armour and seemingly more sober than the rest, looks over as he hears a little about what the group's discussing.]

[*The kobold folds his arms and leans against the corridor wall.*
"If I couldn't, how'd I do it? Ain't cheating since I'm pretty sure you can't cheat God's physics."

"Oh, shut up about your bloody religion! It's the law's of physics, you damn Lacertilia."
*Kobold rolls his eyes, but turns back to Tera.*
"How you do it? Magnets, radio singles, digital connection?" *He sounds genuinely interested.*]

Xueqing again hears that...
"oh by the way," she looks at the pirates, "you may check out what's going on over there."
[A few pirates join the Kobold and Tera at Xeuqing's prompt, seeing Tera arguing with the Kobold.]

(He narrows his eyes a bit) “The last one.”

["Alright, care to go into specifics? Explain maybe how'd it be useful?"]

(Hi rusty, I'm Creeper.)

(FYI: I use italics and quotes for thoughts)
"So we deal with the captain. Eh, might as well collect a bounty while we're here. New ship, plenty of cash, a crew, everything a spacer could want. Just need to sort out the food and water though."
"...I was kind of hoping this alliance wouldn't be for long."
[A pirate, wearing expensive armour and seemingly more sober than the rest, looks over as he hears a little about what the group's discussing.]
Jones starts walking a little faster.

"The thing in the walls is probably a robot parasite or something." he says to Karzak a little loudly. "I get those while maintaining Hot-Air-Balloons all the time. They're always energetic and proud and annoying."

["Alright, care to go into specifics? Explain maybe how'd it be useful?"]
(A wide smirk comes over the robot's screen, stroking the bottom of it.) "What if..." (He gives an uncontrollable chuckle before pointing straight at the kobold.) "...I don't! HAHA! Secrets are secrets, scale-face!"
(Hi rusty, I'm Creeper.)
{HATE. HATE. LET ME TELL YOU—}

Xueqing then hears the maniacal cackling.
She already is wondering what is going on.

...clearing her throat, she shouts at the direction of the laughter, "What's so funny? You issuing a lawsuit to those who dare underestimate you?"

(His TV-shaped head looks around, a bit, wondering where the sound came from. Taking his gaze off the pirates, he extends a grey mechanical arm towards the wall. He's a good 20° left of where the girl's voice is actually coming from, but it gets the point across.) "Oh, and WHO MUST YOU BE!? DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE A... GOOD GUY?"
