I really like this idea, it sounds really cool and we would finally get a big sky biome update which is a huge W. I've always wanted more to the sky...

Although I think having it regenerate 15000 health is a little over powered.

I fixed it to 50 ho is that good

Much better 👍

Love the idea

What purpose does this boss serve? Why should players want to fight it? How does it improve the biome it's in? When are you supposed to fight it?

Based on information given, I will answer your respective questions: 1) You don't need a purpose, empress of light didn't 2) Unique Rewards 3) It adds intrigue and gives the biome some hard mode content other than wyverns 4) Sky/Space

Overall, this is extremely well thought out! I just have some questions.
1. When the Celestial Sentinel fires its Cosmic Blast, does it move to a more advantageous position, maybe changing between firing horizontally and vertically?
2. What shape is the boss? Will this play into its movement patterns?
3. What stage of the game would this be in? I think it should be Post-Plantera, Pre-Golem.

Now, I have some suggestions.
1. Maybe it could shapeshift with different phases?
2. What if the Gin Gins inflicted random debuffs upon damaging the player?
3. During the Celestial Summon attack, I think it could gain a shield and be immune to damage or at least a hefty reduction until all enemies are defeated, or the shield gets broken?
4. During a later phase, maybe it could summon minions and attack while the minions are still there, but not gain a shield?

Once again, this is incredibly well thought out, and I have not looked into my ideas nearly as far as you have into yours, so these are just suggestions. I'm sure even if you followed none of these, the boss would still be fun to play against.

Bro, it's a great idea and it's very similar to one of the Calamity bosses. But I think it's a bit exaggerated. But the idea itself is still amazing.
