Celestial Sigil Not Working?

I've got the Celestial Sigil and I'm trying to spawn the Moon Lord with it. But guess what? It's not working!

I've killed Golem.
I've tried it in day and night.
I've even done it while dancing around like a madman!

Please tell me why it's not working! I was very happy about this item being added.

Invasion events of any sort also block it in my experience.

Celestial Sigil only works when:

-There are no invasions/events going on
-You are not near the Cultists (they can't be on screen)
