Chad's Furniture Mod -- Ported to 1.4.3

----- Disclaimer -----
Before we begin, I should be clear. I am not Chad, and while I have done my best to contact him about this I have been unable to reach out. I take no credit for any of the work within this mod aside from what was necessary to make it work in 1.4, and simply wish to share it to allow others to experience it in the current version of Terraria. Should someone see this and manage to contact him I would be more than glad to discuss and determine a course forward, but until that occurs I present you with this mod. For the original, it is available here.
-------------------------
That all being said, I assume that if you are here reading this you are a fan of furniture and building. What with 1.4 bringing so many improvements to the game and various tools for the aspiring builder, I thought it was a shame to lose this mod to the sands of time... or at the very least the sands of 1.3. But now you shall once more have the opportunity to place wall clocks, mirrors, end tables, and more to your heart's content! This port has kept all the same blocks you know and love, and done its best to incorporate modern 1.4 features to ensure that you can in fact go to sleep on your sandstone sarcophagus (if that's what you're into).

All in all this comes to over 600 different furnishings, usable to fill your houses and homes with that bit of extra spice and variety. As an example, I present to you this build (fresh in 1.4) so you can see for yourself how you can use these items to bring a space to life.

Currently should be updated fully to 1.4.4--minus a handful of light fixtures which are implemented in a way that does not currently support wind sway. I am also aware of ongoing issues with the carpet system in multiplayer, and am continuing to look into that.

Changelog (Port):

v2:
- fixed windmill and bonsai not returning items when oriented in certain directions
- fixed wall-mounted gargoyle placement issues
- fixed cabinet block-swap and placement issues in singleplayer
(sorry about cabinets and wardrobes in multiplayer, but they rely on the BasicDresser set and it really doesn't like non-3x2 tiles)
- fixed marble fountain highlights not appearing when smart cursor is active
- wind sway implemented (except for a handful of light fixtures with open flames, which currently don't play nice with swaying)

v1:
- added fixes and updates to 1.4.4

If you find a bug while using the mod, please do tell me. I've done my best to port over the mod as faithfully as possible, but errors do happen and are my own, rather than Chad's.
Thanks to @Lunatic Lobbyist, @Exodus Starlit , @ThePixelatedGamer8 , @Marney , @Fury, @Kefke, @Mr. Melon, @Jenosis, @XZimur and @Koopahunter197 for suggesting additions for the mod!
Thanks to @sjaak31367 for helping Chad out a lot in the development of this mod.
And of course, Thanks to @360Chadscope for creating the mod in the first place. All credit is due to him for this work.

Mod is available on TModloader, but the tmod file is also available here for those who want it:

Thank you for this! I haven't played Terraria since 2020 but Chad's furniture mod was the first thing I checked in on when I decided to hop back in. I hope Chad is doing well and enjoying whatever he's doing now and since we last heard from him in 2019! Because I haven't played in a while and it's been over a year since you uploaded this, do you know if your port works with the newest version of the game on PC?

Ah, haven't looked at this in a little bit. Was waiting for tmodloader to support banner physics from 1.4 as it was having some issues, but eventually stopped keeping track. I believe this should work for the latest version, but I'll try to set some time to double check and hopefully get banner physics implemented besides.
