NPCs & Enemies Change the name of one of the twins to be more inclusive

Seeing snow zombies and the mystic robe item be changed was really nice, as it removes harmful language from the game. However, one of the twins, specifically not retinazer, has a word in its name that is a slur towards disabled people, whether it be purposeful or not, I ask that it be changed.

In what way is 'spasm' a slur? Remove the M and yes, understandable, but to spasm is just having a violent outburst of twitching. I see no need to change it.

the green eye is spaz-matism not spazm-atism
spaz is considered a slur in some areas of the world i think a not too different name could be something else starting with spa or some other eye pun

No, it's a portmanteu, it is the word spasm and astigmatism, not spas and matism. Full words, smushed together, so they sound fluid. I'm sure Red never intended for the former word to be 'spaz'.

Now I don't mean to rant or upset, but stuff like this annoys me. Games are created to be fun for people to enjoy, not for people to criticise because they're not 'inclusive enough'. Now, 'eskimo' which is what the snow zombie used to be called, is the name for someone who lived in the Arctic. I'm not getting into specifics with the word. But it's the same with everything. Far enough, certain words are not appropriate for games, such as swear words and such. it the NAME 'Spazmatism' is not offensive. the word 'spaz' can mean 'seizure' but it is not there to offend. There are joke names in the game as well, such as a certain type of bait in the game which I will not say out loud because I haven't read the rules just yet so I don't know if I can say it. But the best bait in the game is a reference to something in real life. Same as the mourning wood and golden shower. They are there as jokes. If the name of spazmatism was changed, it would confuse. The boss has been in the game for years and changing the name now would confuse and maybe upset a lot of people. I'm afraid people can't always get their way when it comes to their ideology. But I will stop ranting now as this is a game forum not a political debate.
I'm sorry if I have broken any rules in this post as I have not read them yet, I am just about to now. But please, even though it is a good idea, I don't think it needs to be changed. Red did a good job with that boss and I know what happens is up to him and the team but personally, I think everything is fine as it is.
