Changing files

Hi there. I'm fairly new to this, but i played on phone, then on pc and rented a server. However it keeps crashing constantly, so i contacted them. After a few messages. they have given me a new server, and told me to change files over.
But i have no idea how to, and watching countless Youtube videos that show the wrong things, i thought i would come and post on here. i have 7 days to take my files across.
Can you help please?

That would be a question for your server provider, as that depends entirely on how their infrastructure works - there is no general answer I can provide. You should try and get into direct contact with them. :guidesmile:
