Music Pack Changing the Menu Music

Is it possible to change the Journey's End menu music back to the good-old fashioned menu music using a texture pack?
If so, how would I do that?

I couldn't find one that changed the menu music so I've resorted to making this thread.

To change the menu music you need a custom wavebank. They are very different from texture packs and a little more difficult to set up, but still very doable.

Although, you actually can already do this in vanilla by clicking the sun or moon in the background, so you may not need one.
