Looks like they're possibly turning chests into switches in 1.4?
It'd be brilliant to have a way to link two or more chests by wire so that when you access them they all have the same contents, like the piggy bank and safe.
Either you buy an expensive, 1x1 teleporter module that you connect by wire to each chest that will share contents:
(the chests on the red wire would be connected to each other and the chests on the blue wire would be connected together, but not across the colours)
OR
Place each chest on a teleporter pad and put a wire connecting the chest and teleporter to other pairs of chest/teleporters.
(All four chests connected by the same colour wire while on top of a teleporter are connected)
I personally prefer the module method as it gives more control over what's happening.
