Since the beautiful 1.4 update came some mobs randomly started to clip through blocks. The first time I saw this, was me and my friends playing together. At first I thought it was my friends bad internet connection, but the same things happened to me in single player too. I was playing on expert and it was a blood moon, I didn't want my npcs to die so I put wood near the doors. Soon I realised that enemies that are 3-4 tiles long can somehow clip through gaps that are 2 tiles high. Is there a way to solve this?

Also, when I was exploring underground I made a bridge that was only 1 block wide and then a skeleton jumped to hit me through one block AND it did. This thing also happened to me with zombies too but this time it's vertical.

I hope there is a solution to this, thanks for reading!
 
I am pretty sure that only happens when you are in multiplayer IDK how to fix it but if you are online it is common
