Clockwork Sniper Rifle

A bit ago, I found a creator that made a Clockwork Uzi (XDover), and I loved the idea so much I took on the role to make a Clockwork Sniper Rifle.
The Clockwork was and always was my favorite weapon, which was why I loved it so much. I made the base design around a month ago but couldn't get anything to work, till today.

I explored all the texture packs I have to learn the basis of it.
Folder > Content > Images > Item_<ID>, Tile_<ID>
Item Id (I think?)
