Clothier not selling Old Walking Stick.

I've been trying to get all the pets but I've have one problem, I can't get the Old Walking Stick. My clothier refuses to sell it! This is all mine sells (view picture attached, obviously on a blood moon and the other moon phases sales are slightly different). Anyone have any suggestions? I've already tried creating a new world to get it but that didn't work.

He does not appear to sell the Old Walking Stick in the 3DS version. It's rather odd considering the other Worms themed items are available through their normal methods. I've posted about this multiple times, but other than you it appears no one else has even noticed or cared.
