PS4 Cloud data won't appear ("Load failed!")

I tried uploading my ps3 data to the cloud and downloading it to the ps4 but every time I try to download my world it says "No character available for download" and when I try for the character it says "Load failed!" I mainly just want my old character back

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this @Ghostawakening. If you haven’t already, I suggest uploading the character and world again on PS3, then try downloading. Others have mentioned having some success after reuploading.

If that doesn’t work I encourage you to send in a bug report straight to the developers with as much detail as possible, even sending them your character and world files:

SEND US A COPY OF YOUR SAVE DATA

A new update is coming out soon, I’m not sure if it patches up this issue though.
