Mobile Cloud Save's Crash

When you're opening a particular cloud world it's crashing? Or it's crashing when you're tapping the button to view the screen where you get to choose from all your cloud worlds? At what screen is it crashing?

When you push which button? The button to open the game? The button to see what cloud worlds you have? The button to open the world?

In that case, I would doublecheck that you're logged in to the same cloud account. Another thing to try is to reinstall the game. Be aware that local saves are deleted forever if you reinstall.
