Normally I would put each of these in their respective section, but doing that would unnecessarily fill up sections with my threads, besides I already have 2 threads in the NPCs & Enemies section.
So have this single compilation instead of lots of individual threads cluttering the suggestion forums.
Also I am no good at art, even smaller pixel art, so I can't give sprited visuals but have given visual descriptions in its place.

Name: Magic Well Potion (max stack: 30)
Effect: increases max mana by 25%, 3 minute duration (each mana star(20) is worth 25)
Visual: dark blue contents, upside-down star casing, hollow center
Crafting: 1 water bottle, 1 fallen star, 1 crystal

Buff Icon: lifeforce icon with manastars in place of hearts

Effect: restores 125 Health & Mana, reduced potion cooldown(-10 seconds)
Visual: Greater healing/mana potion with pink contents
Crafting: 1 restoration potion, 1 crystal shard, 1 glowing mushroom
Sell Price: 6 Silver coins

Already existing are Crystal serpent, Bladetongue, and Toxicarp. (also Seedler previously)

Nature's Call
Biome: Jungle
Visual: gnarled & twisted wood staff (mixed natural colors) topped with a gradient green jewel in the shape of --X--
Mechanics: emits lime green light towards the cursor - spreads out in a triangular fan shape from player to cursor, thinner the farther away the cursor & wider the closer the cursor,

min length is 8 feet(4 blocks) away & max length is 50 feet(25 blocks), fan shape is max 12 feet(6 blocks) wide & min 2 feet(1 block) wide - instantaneous like the shadowbeam staff
- blocked by tiles, ignores glass blocks, autofire.

Stats: 38 Magic Damage, 6% Crit chance, 12 Mana Cost, Use Speed 24 (Fast), Knockback 1 (Extremely Weak).
Extra Effects: 20% to inflict confuse, 30% to inflict poison, 10% to inflict venom, 40% to inflict nothing
(only 1 effect proc per beam)
Tooltip: 'Nature's ancient toxins shine within'

Rising Star Lance
Biome: Sky/Space
Visual: light blue handle, tipped with a backwards fallen star, star outlined with a dark blue crystal branching outwards into a 2 pronged spear
Mechanics: length equal to Gungnir, launches a blue star at spear's apex (similar to chlorophyte partisan), star travels straight & pierces max 3 times, star velocity double of the spear's,

star damage 90% of base damage, star has knockback only after final pierce, star deals 20% extra damage after final pierce, star duration is 8 seconds, star blocked by tiles
launches 3 stars if used directly upwards (20* degrees from center star) stars pierce max 1 time if used directly upwards, 70% of base damage if used directly upwards
Stats: 41 melee damage, 4% crit chance, Use Time 23(Fast), Knockback 6(Strong), Velocity 4.9
Tooltip: 'Fallen no longer'

Glacier Blaster
Biome: Snow
Visual: long icy blue tri-barrel, silver/white grip fitted handle, icicle hanging off of the end of the barrels, structured similarly to the revolver but with 3 longer barrels and no hammer piece.
Mechanics: shoots a large icy bullet, bullet pierces max 2 times, overrides effect of ammo firing a unique icy bullet(similar to ice blow, marrow, shadowflame bow), pin-point accuracy.
Stats: 42 ranged damage, 10% crit chance, Use Time 30 (slow), Knockback 6.8(strong)
Extra Effects: 35% chance to inflict frostburn debuff, bullet shatters into 3 fragments (similar to crystal bullets) upon impact of a block, fragments deal 75% damage and no knockback,

High velocity effect added to bullets (similar to high velocity bullets, sniper rifle, Venus magnum, uzi)
Tooltip: Fires a icy high velocity shattering bullet
Sell Price: 4 Gold Coins

Rising Tide
Biome: Ocean
Visual: blue wave like blade curling into a white foam crest at the end, shining gold handle with a white pearl on the hilt
Mechanics: held out horizontally infront of the player while holding down left click (default mouse and keyboard), locks direction faced while held, swings upward upon button release, slightly longer than the Bladetongue, half knockback while being held infront of player, 80% damage while held infront of player.
Stats: 51 melee damage, 4% crit chance, Use Time 20(very fast), Knockback 6(Strong)
Extra Effect: makes players and NPCs/enemies wet(like the water gun) on hit even if PvP is disabled, penetrates 10 armor points
Tooltip: "Its waters seep through defenses"

Jungle Mimic
Suggested due to it already existing but it's unused without any loot.
same as other biome mimics(hallowed, crimson, corrupted etc) in AI, stats, and respective spawn location
Creation Item: Key of Nature
Visual: lime green key of light/night
Obtained by: Purchased from dryad in jungle for 13 gold coins (defeated 1+ mechanical boss, in hardmode, during day)

Thorn Hook
removed from plantera item pool, moved to jungle mimic
Reason: Thorn hook has exactly the same statistics as worm hook but worm hook is available the start of hardmode
(illuminant glows, tendon is longer)

Dart Launcher
Visual: similar to a crossbow but with a vertical head. light golden brown wood body covered in dark green vines (similar to the jungle mimic textures)
Mechanics: Autofire, uses darts as ammo.
Stats: 36 ranged damage, 4% crit chance, Use Time 28(Slow), Knockback 4.4(Average), Velocity 13.7
Sell Price: 5 gold coins

Extra Note: intended to be a balance between the dart rifle and the dart pistol

Wilderness Whip
Visual: brownish-yellow tip, bundled brown "string", grassy green handle
Mechanics: aimed towards the cursor, ends at cursor or max length, has a max length of 17 feet(8.5 blocks), 5 frame delay before attacking, instantaneous animation,
doesn't damage through blocks
(like most weapons), deals double damage at tip, tip has 60% higher knockback, only the tip can crit, picks up items in its path(not through blocks).
Stats: 45 damage, 9% crit chance, Use Time 20(fast), Knockback 4(Average).
Tooltip: "dangerous tip, picks up items"
Sell Price: 7 gold coins 10 silver coins
Best Modifier: Godly (no speed or size modifiers)

Cell Barrier
Visual: emerald green cell like orb with a yellow center
Mechanics: grants "Cell Wall" buff to you and nearby party members
(radius of paladin's shield effect) while in use, only consumes listed mana cost upon buffed player taking damage and initial activation, consumes 10 mana per second otherwise, magic cuff & arcane cuff mana when damaged effects will not activate while in use.
Buff Visual: buff icon appears like a green variant of paladin's shield icon, transparent green oval surrounds players buffed
Buff Mechanics: buff reduces damage taken by 40%, additional 3 defense, no duration - only applied while source is being used.
Stats: no damage value, 24 mana cost, no actual use speed stat
Tooltip: protects you and nearby allies
Sell Price: 2 gold coins

Prefix Notice: Can only have modifiers related to mana usage

Natural Charm
Visual: Emerald cut light brown gemstone with a light green heart in the center
Effects: enemies are undecided towards attacking you, 5% increased crit chance, 2 defense.
Mechanics: additional likeness to attack you(like flesh knuckles) if >=75% HP, neutral if <75 & >25% HP, less likely to attack(like putrid scent) if <=25% HP
Sell Price: 8 gold coins

Reason: hallowed mimic has 4 loot items while crimson and corrupted mimics have 5 each

Item Name: Light Jewel
Type: Accessory
Visual: Brilliant cut golden-white gemstone

Effects: Permanent night vision and shine potion effect, 8% movement speed bonus, increases effectiveness of hearts (heart pickups heal 30 instead of 20)

Destruction Gauntlet
Visual: similar to fire gauntlet but with a purple metal (same difference to equip visual)
Effects: 9% increase in melee damage & speed, 6% boost to melee crit chance, melee attacks inflict the on fire debuff, +80% melee knockback, +2 defense
Crafting: Fire gauntlet, eye of the golem, 8 beetle husks. Crafted at Tinkerer's workshop

Guardian's Wall
Visual: similar to paladin's shield with a pure white outline, blue rune-like markings between the center and outer side of the shield, spike is a light cyan blue
Effects: paladin's shield effects + frozen turtle shell effect, +6 defense

Archer's Dream
Visual: golden quiver with blue etchings, arrows out the top (similar to magic quiver)
Effects: Increases damage by 12%, 4% arrow crit chance increased, greatly increases arrow speed, 25% to not consume ammo, endless supply of bone arrows
(doesn't equip along magic quiver, bone arrows are fired if no other arrow is available, only affects arrow weapons)
Crafting: Magic quiver, 20 souls of fright, endless quiver. Crafted at mythril/orichalcum anvil

Ritual Charm
Visual: combination of pygmy necklace and shark tooth necklace, teeth are longer and more curved, skull is a light purple

I would put a section for a frostspark boots + lava waders combo, but a lot of threads for that already exist

Given the size of furniture sets I can't give detailed descriptions of each piece's visual, I have to make due with a general appearance of sets, sorry.

we already have crystal blocks, and an unfinished crystal chest(unobtainable and corrupts characters that open it according to the wiki)

give it some crystal walls, a full furniture set.
General Visual: sets in a natural crystal like look; take the base of a rainbow campfire for example which looks like it's made of crystal shards, have it look kind of like that.

Rarity: hardmode, above-ground(uncommon), below ground(common), all biome variants
Visual: size- about 3x2 blocks(6x4 feet), large detailed scorpion, color dark orange(normal), white-orange(hollow), dark red(crimson), black(corruption)
Mechanics: claws(contact damage) inflict bleeding debuff, tail spits a projectile(expert only) inflicting venom debuff(20% chance), moves slowly.
Stats: max life 215(
490), defense 28, contact damage 85 (175), projectile damage 80, KB resist 20% (25%)
AI Type: Fighter
Drops: 8 silver coins, Scorpion Striker 2%(
3%)(see enemy loot section), bandage 1%(2%)

Rarity: hardmode, below ground(highly uncommon), purity & hollowed variants.
Visual: Human clothed in a desert bandit garb.
Mechanics: fast moving, above average jump height, often spawns in groups of 2-3 (3-4), uses an exotic scimitar to attack(similar to armed zombies)
Stats: max life 320 (650), defense 30 (36), damage 50(80), KB resist 30%(50%)
AI Type: Fighter
Drops: 2 gold coins 25 silver coins, 2-5 silk 10%(13%), 1-2 bones 50% (2-3 bones 60%).

Spawns: spider nest, hardmode, 10%(15%) to replace a black recluse spawn
Visual: black recluse with a more plump abdomen, abdomen has a sideways yellow hourglass on top and bottom, slightly smaller than black recluse
Mechanics: same as that of black recluse, inflicts venom debuff 10 seconds(20 seconds), 15%(20%) faster movement speed than black recluse, doesn't spit webs.
Stats: max life 300(630), defense 35, damage(ground) 120(250), damage(wall) 150(300), KB resist 70%(75%)
AI Type: Fighter
Drops: spider fang 2-4 80% (100%), poison staff 3%(4%), 7 silver coins 55 copper coins

Scorpion Striker
Visual: dark orange scorpion stinger with the tail reinforced by sturdy fossils to look like a spear
Mechanics: spear with length longer(2.5 blocks / 5 feet longer) than the mushroom spear, inflicts venom debuff AND poisoned debuff
Stats: 40 melee damage, 4% crit chance, use time 29(average), knockback 6.1(strong), velocity 6.
Extra Effects: 25% venom debuff, 50% poisoned debuff
Sell Price: 2 gold coins
