I get this bug when using both input methods. Basically after using mouse and keyboard, the controller input becomes bugged. What seems to happen (it's very quick) is when pressing some buttons on controller such as LT for jumping, the MKB input mode quickly activates and deactivates. This causes my LT input to cancel very early and makes me unable to jump high. Here's a video:

If I start the game and never use MKB, controller works as intented.

Thanks for the report! Currently I'm unable to reproduce this behaviour on my end.

By any chance, does your controller suffer from stick drift at all? My only guess is that something is somehow being input on your controller, forcing you back to that mode... if I hold down the left stick I experience similar behaviour to you.
