Corrupted save files "pls help"

So I have both my character and world files corrupted and somehow the bak. Files aren't working when I replace the main files with them...
Everytime I get into the game I find my character and world files without names like... They are empty!

Everytime I put both files with their backups, the game keeps deleting the backups and still... nothing works

I looked for it's solution online but I couldn't find a thing to relate with what I have so I came here.
