If the Corruption/Crimson pits spawn in a Snow Biome, the Ebonstone/Crimstone blocks and walls would be replaced with Purple/Red Ice Blocks (and Purple/Red Ice Walls if these get added into the game).
If the Corruption/Crimson pits spawn in a Desert or Ocean biome, the Ebonstone/Crimstone blocks and walls would be replaced with Corrupt/Crimson Hardened Sand blocks and walls.
The reason that I hope this gets added into the game is because I often find it hard to build in a Snow, Desert, or Ocean biome when one of the world's evils spawns in it, since even when purified, the stone pits remain, which is jarring when they are in a biome that doesn't naturally spawn with stone.
