After selecting a character in singleplayer, or clicking "Host And Play" in multiplayer, the game crashes with the below error.
I tried removing the Worlds folder temporarily and renaming the favourites.json file, since the error looks to be something to do with the "favourites cache", but those made no difference.
I am able to join servers, by the way, as long as I don't go to the Worlds menu at any point.
