<Playername> attempted to flock with the harpies (falling from sky after gravitational potion runs out)

Agent Sandstorm Σ performed a faceplant of cosmic proportions.
(died to 10,000 or more points of fall damage- a damage amount achieved typically by falling from the top of the world to the bottom and not bracing yourself)
 
Catman may have misunderstood the dangers of having their lifeforce drained. (Killed by Absorb, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Leech Seed and other draining moves)
 
Changing Flask underestimated their power. (Died in melee combat while having a height advantage.)

Changing Flask didn't have the high ground. (Died in melee combat while having a height disadvantage.)
