Blocks & Decoration Creative Shock Monolith

As title says, a monolith that gives creative shock to nearby players. It can be right clicked or wired to toggle on and off, starts off by default.
Assumingly this would be obtainable in the post-game, maybe sold by the cyborg, meant mostly for maps.
This would be especially useful for maps that allow some building and mining in areas, or custom survival maps with special structures added into world gen that you aren't meant to break through.

The monoliths would be bypassable by an accessory (Also assumingly obtained in the post-game, maybe sold by the cyborg.) as to not end up with a player potentially locking off a world.

Just a fair bit of warning, if the monoliths apply the same Creative Shock as the one recieved during OOA, theoretically, that effect could be bypassed during that invasion.

Aside from that, I'm fine with it.
