So I was wondering if we knew if or when we are getting tmod loader for other platforms or an alternative way or if we will be getting cross play

There are no plans for tmodloader to come to other platforms. The main reason is due to the difficulty coordinating between multiple different 3rd parties. It requires approval from not only Re-Logic, but also companies such as Microsoft, Sony, DR, and 505 Games. It is not something Re-Logic has the resources to commit to due to being a small team.

Crossplay on the other hand is planned. An attempt at allowing crossplay will be made, but it is not completely guaranteed.
