This texture pack makes Moonlord look like Cthulhu.

This Texture pack, changes Moonlord of course, aswell as the mask, treasure bag, trophy, painting, and finally the achievement.

Eye of Cthulhu Eyes:

This also changes the painting and achievement

I probably won't change the Suspicious looking tentacle or the Moonling
