NPCs & Enemies 'cthulhu' NPC

this NPC looks like a brown, segmented tardigrade, with segmented legs, a tortoise shell, etherial wings that dissappear when on the ground and an erect stance. she has a grey-brown human head, with grey tentacles for hair. they cover her eyes. she grants 5 buffs and 1 debuff, for 25 gold (this is from wall of fish). she doesn't understand human culture but tries to fit in.

that moment when you try to avoid cthulhu suspicsion by changing its appearance
sorry , but cthulhu will not make it into the game , no matter in what form it is suggested into

there are at least 3 characters in the cthulhu mythos that resemble this character more than cthulhu. she shares no traits with cthulhu. I titled it to make it so that people could understand the title without a trip to the cthulhu mythos wiki, like the one you obviously didn't make.

If thats the case then why call it cthulhu?
 
I can see this happening, but maybe make it so that she spawns in before Moon Lord. I'm not exactly sure why and what you need buffs for after the Moon Lord, which is the strongest boss in the game.
 
This idea needs elaboration. No explanation about what the buffs or the debuffs are. And what do you mean by "trying to fit into human culture?" Different NPC quotes? Different housing?
A tip as well: Use proper sentences when creating a formal suggestion.

the buffs are explained, and the quote means that her quote show that she doesn't understand why the other NPCs are doing what they are doing.

This is obviously not cthulu. So why call it that?
 
Not meaning to be rude here, but this NPC is unnecessary. We could just use potions and 25 gold for 5 buffs and 1 debuff is very overpriced.

Also how does she spawn? Before making a suggestion you really need to elaborate and flesh it out.
