PC Curious if this is considered normal?

So I made a drunk world with seed 5162020 size small (Garden of Sinners)
This is my spawn point. I'm spawning in the crimson as it's in the middle of the world.

Looks like you still spawn on forest tiles even though there is Crimson very close by.

Tough to say if it is normal or not, the normal rules of Terraria world generation are kinda thrown out the window in the 05162020 seed.
