Your response to the first one implied that you didn't.
Also, saying anything along the lines of "I made this thing hoping it would 'inspire' this artist to make me something for free" is basically just passive-aggressive requesting. I implore you to check the OPs of artist threads to see whether or not their requests are open, because mine are not. It will save you a lot of trouble in the future. :>
The artist has politely asked that you respect the guidelines of this thread. Let's call it a misunderstanding and move along. (That also means let's quit piling on the poor guy, everyone else. 
)
