Game Mechanics Damage over time Debuffs

Right now, most DOT(damage over time) debuffs suck. This is how i suggest we change that.

First off, all DOT effects would work exactly the same on the player as they do now, the buffs would only apply to mobs unless stated otherwise.

Each debuff would have a 100% chance to be inflicted from whichever source they come from, so for example the fiery greatsword would always give the 'on fire' debuff rather than just some of the time. also, the damage per second(DPS) and duration would be buffed.

New DOT debuffs(some of them from my other suggestions)

Haunted: makes 2 small orange orbs(visually similar to spectre orbs) orbit the target and shoot it every second, dealing 10 damage each
Lethal gaze: 10 damage per second, inflicted from looking at basilisks that are facing you and the medusa head weapon
Shocked!!!!: 6 damage per second, freezes(most) mobs in place for the duration
