Dead Space 2 was by far my favorite in the series. And most likely, the best atmospheric horror game of all time. The story or forgiveness and redemption just draws me in. The combat is visceral and intense. While it doesn't look like we will be seeing Issac Clarke anytime soon, I hope one say Dead Space returns and goes back to what made it great. Of course, removing the co-op is a must. It's hard to build claustraphobic spaces when there needs to be enough room for two people to manuever and fight. The third one just didnt have the same vibe as the first and second. Anyway, I thought the game should have a thread open to those that love the game as much as I do. The title says Dead Space 2 but feel free to discuss anything from the universe. Books, movies and speculation on a possible sequel.
