Game Mechanics Debuff as opposite to damage reduction

Add a debuff that makes you more vulnerable (opposite of damage reduction). It makes you receiving x% more damage where x is the seconds left. The debuff will be able to pass the 0 def damage receiving.
 
It cannot get past 0 def damage recieval point
If i'm not mistaken, it can cause the player's armor to be halved.

While this doesn't really do much for smaller damage, it's still a lot of chip in.

I would also cite Ichor, but there's really only 1 enemy who inflicts it.
