PC Decimal counter, converter to binary and serial output

This is a decimal counter with LCD display, buttons for add or remove 1, 10 or 100, convert to binary and send via serial output
I made a 8-bit version that goes up to 255 for use with 8-bit processors and a 10-bit version that goes up to 999

I added an auto update to the binary by adding a simple logic delay. Hope this helps others!
