It means the pixels are different sizes, if you look at the parts you added they have much smaller pixels than the rest of the sprite, and it looks ugly (Not your sprite, just the inconsistent pixels)

Terraria's sprites have 2x2 pixels, you've added 1x1 pixels to it.
