PC Desert Tiger hovering above enemies and not attacking when time is frozen (edit)

So I was messing around and noticed with Empress of Light and Skeletron Prime's top left arm the Tiger Staff constantly hovers, never attacking unless the boss moves at a fast enough rate to move it. It doesn't really look like correct behavior as I assume it is trying to attack but where it's trying to attack isn't a boss hitbox so it just floats there doing no damage whatsoever. Is this intentional? Also I'd check with other bosses.

The Desert Tiger needs help. This bug looks to be hurting it.

When time is frozen, Tiger Staff behaves very weirdly, not properly attacking.

This is a known bug that happens when using Journey Mode and freezing time. If you unfreeze time it will fix itself.
