You try and stab Zamiar... he just grabs the blade. He also gives you a look. "Trick? TRICK?! Ha! Buddy, tricking someone is the last thing I'd do. The greatest trick of them all is telling the truth, as they say."
"You speak of not tricking me, and then you tell the truth; the truth that the truth is a trick. The trick is... every argument defeats itself, unless I defeat it first." He throws the Shatterer...

The Fabrication Drone backs away from The Guardian when he suddenly throws the knife, it then hears of Zamiar planning to leave and knows that it can't just leave HIM to go without doing anything.
It plans to follow personally, but then two allied machines are suddenly assigned to it, as it does not own these two, it must make sure that they remain intact for the sake of its alliance, immediately cancelling that plan.
Thankfully it now has something to make with the power it stored
[Camera Drone 2/2]
The Fabrication Drone makes a Camera Drone, there are some differences to indicate that it is not the Fabrication Drone, the most obvious and visible being that the Camera Drone's glowing blue lens is a Circle, and not a Square, as it only contains the Camera and no Fabricators.
The non-english word Sounds that emit from the Drones are interpretable as "FOLLOW AND RECORD TARGET GODMODDER; ACKNOWLEDGED, TRANSMIT DATA; AFFIRMATIVE; PRESERVE RECORDINGS; PRIORITY 1, BRIEFING COMPLETE; ACKNOWLEDGED, EXECUTING MISSION"
The Camera Drone then leaves to follow HIM as HE departs.

As it finishes its Critical Objective, it notices the new addition of the button, processes that this new addition was just there suddenly, then it quickly fabricates a Reinforcement Beacon just in case before finally pushing the button.
The Fabrication Drone is then prompted to "Make a Trap Quickly or you Explode!" A Timer then starts running
[Action + 1 Charge]
With the Pressure of a time limit, The Fabrication Drone doesn't really have time to do anything else, it immediately floats over to the Defensive Wall and a Hologram of a bunch of vertical spikes appears, when it finishes Fabricating though... the Spikes aren't there, there's just an unremarkable metal panel on the ground with some circular markings for some reason.
This still seems to satisfy the button though, as the time limit stops and the button ceases just as quickly as it appeared.
With the Fabrication Drone now freed from imminent Replacement, it communicates.
The Mortar has target markers appear over the infected.
The Factory gets a location marker placed directly in front of the Rascal.
ALAPHET... is not directly connected to the network, so the The Fabrication Drone floats over to this one and beeps, boops, and emits electronic burst type noises that can be interpreted as an order to attack the Specter
Zet then receives a set of Sounds that alternate between 10 different tones, they seem to convey something to the effect of "DRONE PRODUCTION, COVER ACTS, DRONE ATTACK DISTRACT, PROTECTION PROLONG ALLIANCE"
The Fabrication Drone, now seeing multiple examples of what should be done, floats to ESCHATON and charges up, then it emits a large amount of electricity that arcs into the Machine as the nearest viable target. +1 to @Fluxxation

Also 2/whatever for the variable entity
the actual action gets its own post for formatting reasons, mainly because quoting two separate posts is easier on the GM than splitting a single quote in half
"....Wait, I didn't say anything about being someone's mini---"
Right as he's speaking, Minion, the nameless fellow, gets struck by lightning before he could finish. He survives of course but it still cut him off mid sentence.
Silently, looking back and forward at the entities and then at Zamiar, he sighs before chucking a generator at the godmodder. "Can you show me how, because in actuality, I---" He pauses mid sentence, not being able to admit something false.
"....Wait where are you going?" Minion suddenly says, changing the topic (or at least attempting to)
Today's forecast is zombies, anti-drug undead, flat people, and a rename to Mirabel. Whatever the case, it still seems like good weather for the music milady to get the instructions out before she does whatever to the remaining exterior.
TRANSITION TO CHARGES!
C.D, bit by bit, tears off the cardboard with the assistance of her own shield disc, turning the cardboard outside into nothing but flakes. They all float down into a pile, which is reminiscent of a load of leaves. (There’s a +1 waiting for whoever decides to jump in the mound and have a little fun. On another note, 5/80 is now the count for the DJ.)
Wait a minute, where is that guy going, leaving too soon? Aw... It was a good time, him being the focus and all of this less than perfect place. Well you can't win over all the audience sometimes. And though she thought about forcing him to stay, the attention was suddenly drawn toward the noise of a now-cleaned rubble spot.
With the chase put aside for now, she goes over to the remains of the spot, which was... metalic. (I'm going to have to wait for Table to narrate this thingamabob. Her following response can be interpreted as sarcastic or interested depending on the object retrieved.) "Huh... Neat."
The music cuts out, and in its place is an absolute silence. Zamiar looks at you, something different in his eyes than his typical unseriousness. "Word of advice. That only makes me angry."
[4/4] It's a small wooden carving of the guardian. Thecarvingisfinishedbeforeherealizes, andheendsupcuttinghishandwiththeknife. In a sudden fit of rage he hurls the knife at the ground, causing it to shatter into components. (+1 to whoever picks it up.)
The Vessel picks the Guardian's knife remains up, sensing an use for it.
Then, they look at the phone again. Not good. Not good enough.
They quickly make their appendages as sharp as the knife that got shattered, before leaping at the phone. Stabbing it and tossing it at the walls. At the pillars, into the floor. Leaping into it and impaling it from everywhere it could be feasibly impaled from, even the underground, where two of the spikes sneakily formed to raise.
They look at the Guardian, then back at Phone. "Wy-wykończ..." As an example of what do they mean, they slice the phone down in half. The shards are cold. Cold enough to be put in their project.
A +1 appears in form of a USB stick, that is then given to Xal.
You keep brutally stabbing the Brick Phone! Unfortunately, Bricks are resistant to Sharp damage. It's why Rock beats Scissors. It still manages to deal 8,000 damage, though!
Xals patters her fingers on the arm-rest of her uncomfortable looking throne. She's getting bored already.
Reaching a hand out, she curls her clawed index finger and thumb, glancing towards Zamiar.
As she makes a flicking motion, a massive hand, identical to hers, seems to dip from the air itself, large enough to perhaps fit Zamiar whole in its palm.. though it simply mirrors the flick, aimed at the back of his head.
With that done, as she lowers her arm, it raises back up into the air, vanishing from sight.
She looks down at her hand, as if she has no idea where the flick has come from...
In reflecting for a moment, she realizes her debts remain unpaid.
In a snap, a little gift box, grey with a cyan ribbon across it, drops before Nyatailie. If opened it reveals. Nothing! Except for a burning rage at being duped with such an appealing looking present. (+1 charge to @Sylveone46 )
Xal remembers her lovely friend, the fabrication drone.
She glances to Zet and Alaphet, still posing beside her.
"Go aid the drone. I don't know if it can talk, but listen to whatever it wants. Don't bother coming back unless sent back."
"DAMN. ALRIGHT."
Zet quietly nods.
Both machines move off to find the drone, with Alaphet leaping in long strides, and Zet. Walking.
(The duo are now under the command of @Robot # 207 !(if I'm allowed to have them work for someone else, and still write them?))
EDIT: Charges!
Xal glances towards Eschaton, energy silently seeping through the massive wires into ports across the machine. (+1 Charge!)
She takes the USB, staring at it curiously.
"Where do you expect me to insert this?'
She flicks it towards Eschaton, where it lands with a bang before dissolving. (+1 Charge!)
You call in a Giant Hand to flick Zamiar! In response, he grabs the two fingers trying to flick him, and holds it closed! "Shut."
ZET and ALAPHET given over to the Fabrication Drone!
"Someday I will be summoned, again, to an empty battlefield. None of my armies with me, a hostile Godmodder before me and a reality-warping lynch mob behind me.
"On that day, I must be prepared."
"...to prepare someone else! That's too tough of a mission for me. No research potential."
"Sorry, neutrality has some benefits I don't want to give up. But I'll still help you! Just not always."
"If you work with me, I can promise you would not be left alone."
"But alas, I suppose I cannot convince you. A shame, it would be nice to have another subordinate. Running low on those these days..."
"Infect? Like I would do something so basic. I simply supplied the bodies. What happens to them when they're reanimated is beyond my control or care."
"As long as they do what I want, it's good enough."
[Action]
Zamiar presumably says no. "You can have some of mine!" An infinitely thin slice of a four-dimensional blood droplet appears, in that case.
Red Faith 'picks' it up. "Yes... still has traces of otherworldliness. And engineeredness. Very engineered blood, this is."
The blood is stretched and flipped like a pizza- but where dough would get thinner, this seems... to get thicker. Red Faith flips it and flips it from finger to head to elbow, power seeming to flow into it as it's juggled. The size of a table, then a car, then a mansion- and the blood, finally, seems to have run out, all squeezed into the third dimension.
Red Faith sets it down, holding it more by hemokinesis than actual strength. The blood stays perfectly firm, as if it were a solid- and perhaps it is. It darkens, until you can see that it's not blood, but crimson-tinged steel. "Behold! The base of... hm... I don't remember. Well, it wasn't going to be a Godmodder, that I know."
Red Faith pats it. "Well, it's there!"

"PRAISE!!" Berrum Prique spits, jolting up from the hole in the ground where all the rubble used to be. He blinks hard, reminding me which of the holes in his head are for his eyes and which ones are from his gunshot wounds! He also twists his right hand awkwardly, picking out little flakes of stone. It seems THE LORD forgot to phase his hand back out of the dirt. A common mistake really. Especially for a-
Berrum gasps. "THIS!" he says, inspecting the scratches on his arm like the letters of an ancient scripture. "THESE ARE THE LORD'S WORDS!!" He pull his arm up close to his heart. "!!!THE LORD IS WITH ME!!!"
...He can't be serious.
Then Berrum notices the Game & Watch ringing beside him. With a revelatory grin, he gasps at the flat little guy. "YOU!" he cries. "YOU HAVE BEEN SAVED BY THE LORD!! PRAISE IT!!!"
...If those are his entity orders for this turn, I swear I'm going to get a bigger gun and-
Berrum's holy senses tingle. And by holy senses, I mean... Actually, I have no clue what I mean by that. Honestly, I'm not sure Berrum has any senses. His nervous system is shot. LITERALLY.
Berrum grits his teeth. "THE UNDEAD." Did- did he forget about the zombies? I swear he saw them just two turns ag- "HERETICS!!!"
The blood vessels in Berrum's eyes start bulging red. He hefts his massive TV Remote up on his shoulder and crushes is singualr Big Red Button. Suddenly, the device starts to transform. Its plastic panels start folding out, revealing deep red currents flowing around a barrel of steel. The remote's infra-red diode grows, bubbling like a crimson eye. And around Berrum's grasp, the remote snaps into a pistol grip.
"PRAISE," Berrum growls, pointing his giant plasma cannon at the Infected. "RELINQUISH YOUR DECREPIT GODS AND !!!PRAISE THE LORD!!!"
Without an ounce of remorse, Berrum presses the big red trigger gleaming on the side of his weapon, and a massive bolt of frenzy blasts out of the cannon, consuming the Infected in a blaze of ITS glory.

PRAISE IT: [05/12]
The Fabrication Drone finds a new feature installed on its... whatever it's working on! That feature being A BIG RED BUTTON! Surely, this must be useful. (+1 to @Robot # 207)
As Zamiar goes on his rant, "Anfini" pulls out a black sphere and presses a button on top. She waits, observing silently, throughout his speech and his manoeuvre. Then she presses the button, and...his speech is echoed. Anfini produces a pen from nowhere with a flourish and begins to write it down, playing it back several times. She keeps speaking as she does, in an unchanged conversational tone:
Good thing I keep this around. I would have hated to ask you to go through that whole talk again. Accepted...fact...moment...
Counter: As the Catgirls bear down, "Anfini" uses a technique that, for almost anyone else, would be incredibly dangerous and inadvisable: The Shield of Names. To protect yourself, this burns away aspects of your identity. Most of you will live, and some of you will inevitably die. But "Anfini" has a thousand identities, all thin and disposable as paper. She activates the power, and a current of words flows around her. To reinforce it, she takes a little of the quotes around other names. "Phil" is now Phil. "Minion" is now Minion. She is now """Anfini""".
The catgirls strike, clawing through the lines of text and defence...but the shield does its job, and they are repelled before they can reach she who lies beneath. But her name is broken. She will need a new one.
All of you, call me "Mirabel". It also isn't my name. But it'll serve in substitute of the one I've lost.
You commit Identity.... Sincerity? You made the fake names actual names, so does that still count as Identity Fraud?
...Doesn't matter, since you still are committing Identity Fraud with your alleged thousand identities. Attack countered! Name illegally changed!
Action: "Mirabel" then steps forward, resting a quiet, patient hand on one of the Catgirls' shoulders.
You've interrupted my research.
RIGHT HAND OF FATE: DUSTTO DUST
The catgirl's state of decay advances far faster than it has any right to. Flesh rots away, bones bend and snap and crumble, and within seconds all that is left is a heap of pale, bone-dry dust. She repeats this procedure with the other, if there is any power left to do so. Then, she gazes down coldly at the remains.
Thus you receive your just reward.
"Mirabel" gathers up the dust and scoops some of it into a newly appeared pot, which she hands to Natalie. (+1 to @Sylveone46)
Let this remind you of the fate of those who intervene. Now, can someone please attack Zamiar for me?
NULLIUS IN VERBA: [4/24]
The Sampling Machine takes a sample from the Infected.
You convert a Zombified Catgirl into bone dust! The skeleton takes it. skeleton: "organic calcium. could use it."
You try to convert the other, but it only mildly ages their bones. Still does 1000 damage!
The Raving Rascal will bonk the Mortar Turret.
If one of the Zombie Catgirls survive, it attacks the Defensive Wall.
Nyatailie, meanwhile, is considering her options. For all intents and purposes this is going as well as it can be.
For now, she holds her action... At least until something not undead is, well, killed. Then she will attempt to revive it as a zombie. Sure the field consists mostly of machines at the moment but it can't be that difficult right?
Of course, if nothing not already dead dies, she'll simply summon a new Zombie Catgirl.

You throw a generator at Zamiar! He catches it, very confused. "What am I supposed to do with this."
"As for where, well, trade secret. Godmodder business, that's all."
Wait a minute, where is that guy going, leaving too soon? Aw... It was a good time, him being the focus and all of this less than perfect place. Well you can't win over all the audience sometimes. You take a look at where the Rubble used to be. Some form of metal rests within, perfectly smooth. You try to take it out, but it isn't an individual piece. It seems to be a sort of layer, underneath the coliseum. Strange.
Zamiar stops doing... whatever he was doing, and turns to face you.
You feel a distinct pressure on your back. A pointed one. "Mirabel, is it? I know I've been fun for you, to conduct your tests on. To see what I'll do. A dummy, to play with."
He's behind you. You didn't see him move. Teleportation has signs to it, speed will show effects on the surroundings, and if he's talking you'd have seen them by now. What did he do? The pointed pressure gets worse. "...Don't." "Neither of us want that."
He's back where he was, still no signs of how he's doing that.
The Mortar Turret bombs where the Infected were! Given the death cries, it hit something!
The Attack Drone factory prints an Attack Drone!
Lacking Infected to scoop, the Sampling Machine aims for the Rascal...and hits! They are scooped!
ALAPHET attacks the Spectre, dealing 1250 damage!
Zet... exists! Game&Watch flings several presumably charred pieces of food (they are literally entirely black) at the Zombified Catgirl! They drown in burnt bacon, taking 5000 damage!
Phil leans over and "whispers" something to the skeleton. They shrug, and the bones of the Zombified Catgirl are suddenly no longer apart of it, killing it!
Game & Watch, deciding it wants to be different, attacks the Wooden Carving! The Disc Shield intervenes, blocking the attack!
The Specter floats over to the Guardian, going in for a spectral chomp! @Orchamut failure to Counter will weaken your next Action!
The Tombstone has its gravesoil dug up as a Shambler crawls out!
The Brick Phone stops ringing. The Aura of Undead twists and cracks around you. Purple veins pulsate throughout the coliseum. One wraps around the Brick Phone, carrying it high into the air, resting upon a throne of Chaos.
The Aura of Undead is now an Aura of Corruption.
Zamiar looks a frankly ginormous watch mounted on his arm. "They should be here by now-"
His musings are cut off by a very tiny car, only about twice the size of an RC Car, suddenly driving into the coliseum. A window rolls down, and a perfectly human-sized hand sticks out.
???: "Hurry up already and get in!"
Zamiar takes a bow, and suddenly starts folding in on himself like a piece of paper! He falls into the now open hand, and the car drives off out of the coliseum, the Camera Drone giving chase.
The Aura of Corruption spreads....
Undead: Abilities that trigger upon an Entities death or by killing an Entity do not trigger.
Wrath: Triggers upon a successful Counter from the Entities owner. Automatically Attacks whatever was Countered.
Corrupted: Every turn, Stats are randomly added. These Stats change every turn (for example, it could go from +1000 Healing to +250 Thorns).
AD: Anti-Drug. Lives to wage war on drugs, and any who use them.

"...[WARNING: CENSORING PROTOCOLS INITIATED — AUDIO REMOVED. ANY FURTHER ATTEMPTS AT VIOLATING LEXICON PARAMETERS WILL RESULT IN PUNISHMENT.]"
"Wow. What weakling must be controlling me that he can't say-" The sword painfully slams into his face after being perfect parried. He's shattered into several pieces.

The Shatterer's action this turn is spent putting himself back together again. "...I need to fight more efficiently." He Shatters the particles of the air, and then Shatters them further. Exotic energy results from this, and he absorbs it. [+1 Charge] In his left hand, an illusion replica of his sword begins fading into existence.
[Illusory Weapon Copy: 1/5]
"The Sage of Red Faith, scientist and entity designer. And you are?"
"Hm. Or actions had 2500 power each, just now. The Defensive Wall was about the same... but for non-entities, action power is varying greatly. I want to say at least 4000, with the other numbers being creativity boosts, but some actions have done far less." Red Faith sighs. "Not that it's bad, but I like reliability..."
"Just do weirder things with your actions!"
[Action]
The Metal Cube is made into a Hypercube! With this extra space, Four tries to implement the following things, in order!
- a reactionless drive: it moves the Metal Cube while not being a rocket. omnidirectional.
- a higher-dimensional storage compartment
- some of Red Faith's blood
- the iron atoms on the outside are given a mode that lets them take on a crystalline structure and act as light projectors, somehow.
- improvements to the neuron-like iron atoms to make them act as memory (a lot of memory, too). they are also given an ironcyst mode, which helps with data transfer.
- a singular bone, which acts as a Mass Effect Core. this also provides antigravity somehow???
- nodes of incredibly strong and precise electromagnetic sensors to detect which atoms are where, when (made entirely from iron, of course). also helps with data transfer.
- sensors linked to Red Faith's blood in such a way that they can see through the Blood Icon's iron-related facet, to see conceptual things that are vaguely metal-related.
- a rearrangement of the iron atoms so if too much force is placed on them, the 'vital core' of the Metal Cube will get ejected into 4D space.
- we'd put a spiritual binding from Red Faith's 'verse here to detect spiritual/magical stuff but that would involve giving the Metal Cube a soul, and I think we've done enough this round
[This set of abilities can be called upon to do flavor/shenanigan-esque things, when I remember they exist.]
[They will probably do nothing if I don't explicitly use them, except for the ejection one, or if the Metal Cube suddenly becomes a sophont]
[Things that cannot be completed (whether due to implementation difficulties or lack of Action Power) will be edited and done next round.]
[Names? Uhhh. CapSou Modules 00 through 08. Entirely undescriptive, I know.]
The Metal Cube's mass increases.
[2 Charge on upping Metal Cube health. Should increase HP and MHP by 10,000?]
[+1 to any one person who +1s me. Currently: the Vessel.]

The Vessel is not happy with the development. If the madness has to guard a phone, it has to be disposed of. And what is a better way to do it than to...
...Clarity Sign - Mad Order.
The [GM] vein starts getting stretched. And stretched. And wrapped around a pole like a thread, the appendages turning into a knitting kit.
"How-how dear of-ear of you..."
Like an old grandma doing what the kid doesn't want, the Vessel keeps wrapping it, until it's fully wrapped around the pole, before getting up and slowly going to the volcano that appeared out of nowhere (apparently just small golden dome with lava inside it), dropping the vein and the pole inside it in shock.
"Oh- oh dear-dear..."
With faux-shocked expression, the entity coughs up a +1, it falling straight at DragonAegis. It smells like old, although not mouldy, cookie.
"Apologies-apologies..."
ALAPHET... is not directly connected to the network, so the The Fabrication Drone floats over to this one and beeps, boops, and emits electronic burst type noises that can be interpreted as an order to attack the Specter
Her throne hovers up and over, with her slowly running a claw down the back of ESCHATON's head.
The machine shakes violently with a flicker of life, just enough for it to raise its head as its one, flickering cyan lens unleashes a potent, bright cyan bolt of piercing energy towards the Brick Phone.
Its head silently dips again after its brief outburst.

The jolt from the drone is compounded with the passive charging of the huge cables attached to the machine. The single, dimly lit lens is now constantly flickering, holding a dull blue glow.
Theguardianholdsoutanarmtodefendhisbody, whichsuddenlyformsseveralgiantspikesthemomentthespecterbitesdown. A furious flash of red shines from within his visor as the armored being's form instantly contorts into a giant plated centipede, grabbing the specter in jaws made of a writhing black substance and repeatedly slamming them against the second tombstone.

We thus gaze upon the Aura of Corruption. A resplendent view it has become, hasn't it? Still, one matter remains that plagues its beauty: Its existence is still bound to that simplistic thing that is the Brick Phone! We are all sure that simpleton will be rid of, yes? But does this air of exotic beauty have to join it in nonexistence? Tragically, that is how it shall unfold... unless someone is willing to give it a pair of legs, with which it shall run with from such fate.
Thusly, Who is willing to give it such legs- no, no, why a dismembered pair?! I meant it metaphorically! METAPHORICAL!
(...yes, I am giving the Aura of Corruption a pair of dismembered legs. General intent is to free it from the Brick Phone, otherwise go crazy with it again. This will be a running theme.)

The Fabrication Drone runs diagnostics on the Spiken't Wall, since it's supposed to act more like a Spike Trap than a wall.
After accessing its systems it tries to get the Spike Trap to do something.
It fails, it attempts to send multiple commands, slightly different ones every time until it gets something, even an acknowledgement ping because for some reason the trap is acting like these commands its sending just don't exist.
Eventually it sends the command "Trigger" this command is acknowledged and causes the Spike Trap to do something, this command is also sent at the same time that a spark lands on the "Spike Trap".
a Trigger and a Spark, they both activate the Trap and make it shoot out a Spike, and by shoot out the spike shoots out, like a gun, and not like trap.
The Spike then launches towards Nyatailie, it doesn't stab through her though, it instead stabs the paint covered hammer out of her hands, and uselessly to the ground.
The Fabrication Drone reconsiders trying to repair this spiken't wall back into a trap, it drafts a blueprint for a spike launcher
[Spike Trap or Launcher? 1/3] +1 from Krill
+1 to @Krill13 in the form of the Spike still flying high after hitting the hammer, moving up and hitting... nothing?
The Mortar turret gets a target marker for the Shambler.
The Attack Drone moves towards the Brick Phone to target it.
When the Missiles land the Fabrication Drone Tones to ALAPHET "MAINTAIN COURSE"
To Zet's reply it Sounds out with a Tone of "ACKNOWLEDGED, CAUTION UP, SURVEY ORGANIC-SCRAP-HYBRID, RESISTANCE BOMBARDMENT"
Berrum Prique praises. Oh my god does he praise. But What is this? Who would now offer the man a crucifix?
...Who would stab said crucifix into the man's hand in an effort to have him "firmly grasp it"? (+1 to @O.R.I.G.I.N.)
Berrum Prique, perceptive as ever, does not notice the new whole in his hand. Instead, his mouth curls open in a big O as he inspects his new vestment. "HUWH?" He gasps. "WHO GAVE ME THIS!?"
I honestly think that's the smartest thing Berrum has ever said, and he doesn't even know why.
"THIS MUST BE A SIGN!" he raves. "THE LORD HAS GIVEN ME A GIFT! PRAISE, IT!!"
You go up to the bick, (which turtns out to also be a phone, weir) and capchalogue it. accedentally ejecting your IT PLUSH from your sylladex in the process. it lands next to THE TV REMOTE GUY, you will have to ask him for back it later.
"PRAISE, IT!!" Never mind, (+1 to @O.R.I.G.I.N. in the form of a Plushie of the Baba Is YOU character "IT")
Woah-woah-woah. Is this place growing an echo? I swear, I just heard somebody say "PRAISE, IT!!" and somehow it wasn't Berrum.
Like, do we need to have a talk, guys? I know faith can be really appealing in times of crisis, but I've found that opening up to other people can help-
"PRAISE IT!!!" Berrum lunges at the little plushie next to him, stabbing it with his shiny new crucifix. "!PRAISE! !PRAISE! !PRAISE! !PRAISE!" He stabs it over and over and over and-
...You know what. Nevermind. Forget what I said. If anyone needs therapy here, it's us.
[ACTION]
"!!PRAAAIIISE!!" Berrum shanks the doll one last time. He gets up off his knees, head hanging between his labored breaths. He looks exhausted. His wild eyes stare through empty bullet holes at the frayed pile of stuffing fallen at his feet. Dropping the crucifix, he leans down to pick up the poor, lifeless animal, and-
The creature doesn't bleed. Where there was blood, THE LORD fills us with-
"PRAISE!" Berrum holds the doll up like Simba, desperately shaking it so that it may breathe in the sun. "!PRAI-AISE!" he gasps. "!!PRAAAIII!! !!AAAIIISE!!"
There is a red button atop the plushie's head, gleaming like a lordly crown. As Berrum shakes it, the wind traces its finger along the glossy surface. In a moment of violence, IT clicks...
"See me," IT speaks in the voice of a doll. "Know my worth. My name."
Berrum doesn't hear the speech of THE LORD. He is too busy sobbing at the death of his unknown friend.
"Let me into your heart. Let me hold your gaze."
IT rises up into the air, hovering above the faithful on the strings of the beyond. Aged dairy and cured meats. The scent of THE ONE WHO GIVES US ALL WE DESIRES is like a charcuterie board. It even comes with-
"Let me be the drumming in your ears."
-a shark.
"Let me sink you softly to bed."
All the wounds upon IT are the sins of man. IT forgives, and so we must forget. There is no death in ITS perfect world. We live forever in ITS eye- the empty screens whispering static as IT fulfills our every waking dream.
THE LORD has no need of Tombstones. The button upon ITS head clicks again, and a burst of corruption explodes across the marked graves. Static scrambles their forgotten words, erasing the names of those we've lost. They do not matter anymore. IT will takes us away. IT will tell us a new history.
Beneath THE LORD'S singular gaze, the Tombstones weaken, pressed upon by the futility of their memory. Nothing matters if it is not eternal. Even the mountains will wear away. Only IT will remain, watching.
