Console Dev vanities

OK, so, with PS4/Xbox One receiving 1.3 later in the year but not Xbox 360/PS3, I decided to make this thread on how to get dev vanity items.

That being said, if anyone has any idea on how to get them please feel free to post those ideas.

This isn't a guide, and the dev gear isn't obtainable on consoles by legitimate at this time.

I feel this would be confusing to some, and they might post information that is against the forum rules (e.g., how to hack them in).

Therefore, I'm locking this thread.
