Resolved Dev Vanity item

As you can see I am new here and I would like to know how to wear a Dev Vanity item.

You can't, or rather shouldn't because they are unobtainable and are meant just for the developers.

As others have noted, the developer items are not legitimately obtainable in-game, and discussions on how to do so or how to disable the debuffs is not permitted on this forum.
