There is no way to get mods on any version of the game other than PC.

Sadly, the only way to install mods is on PC. If you jailbreak your PS4 then possibly mods may work (If you PS4 breaks it's on you not me). Also, Terraria may not even have support for it becuase it's programming language may be different, causing tModLoader or any other mods fail to do anything,

Please don't talk about hacking mobile or console on these forums, especially when you're making things up. 'Jailbreaking' your PS4 will not allow you to use tModloader.
