Does anyone know what the file name for the werewolf appearance on the player character is?

I want to replace it, but the only thing I've found is the werewolf enemy and the werewolf buff icon's file names, and I don't know what to do. Any help would greatly appreciated. (Unless I posted this in the wrong area, in which, uh, oops.)
