I already got an answer of yes that I can use the in-game music that you can turn on or off in Terraria YouTube videos. But I’m just wondering if you are allowed to use the downloadable MP3 music tracks on the Music page of the Terraria wiki and the downloadable MP3 music tracks from the $4.99 Official Terraria Soundtrack on steam without getting copyrighted.

That should be fine Dean, as long as you aren't distributing the music files.
