I think you did a relatively good job. If it helps you, maybe use a reference picture to base it off of. That's what I do.
For the Link one, the eyes look a bit off to me. The Charizard's mouth is a tad big. The Pikachu is pretty good besides the small indent in it's back.

I did use reference pictures. The link one was from guiness world records so it was a really tiny photo. The pikachu one was from the GWR to. The charizard was on a pokemon card.
