A lot of people seem to desire hardmode variants of these two sets specifically, so here is my take on how they could be implemented. May add more later for potential upgrades to other underutilized prehardmode armor sets.
Driller's Set:
Driller's Helmet: Crafted with ultrabright helmet and Cholophyte? This may be too late to be useful, so maybe it could be made out of mythril/orichalcum instead, but I felt like a pink or green helmet (if it kept the color scheme) would be odd.
Driller's Vest: Yellow/Construction worker color pallette? Dropped by some new undead driller enemy as a hardmode upgrade to the undead Miner?
Driller's Pants: Gray, but yellow stripe. Same as above.
-If I am understanding the wiki correctly, the miner's pants and shirt each give 10%, with another 10% set bonus for a total of 30%. The Driller's set could either have a slightly higher bonus (lets say 40%: 15 for vest/pants, still 10% set bonus?), with the main buff being to defense, or it could buff drills specifically making them viable in competition with pickaxes, since currently, drills cannot receive modifiers and are are often left behind in favor of pickaxes which can.
Seacaster's Set:
Seacaster's Hat: Crafted with the angler's hat and the angler's earring
Seacaster's Vest: Crafted with the angler's vest and the fishermans pocketbook guide, gaining the ability to see your fishing power
Seacaster's Waders: Crafted with the angler's pants and a tackle box, gaining its decreased bait consumption
-Could potentially have higher defense, but unlike mining (where you constantly run into enemies), fishing has never been about defense or needed much of it. So instead, as a set bonus, keeps the angler set bonus of decreasing spawns and also decreases damage from aquatic/fishing enemies such as the ones from blood moons or the ones I suggested here: More Fishing Enemies (not just blood moon)? The problem though is that this could still eventually be farmed and obtained even in prehardmode. So it could already require some sort of "neptunium" ingot obtained from fishing as I described in my post here: More Fishing Items (Armor/weapons)
