Dung Beetles are known for rolling dung balls. So I came up with a really cool idea for the upcoming Poo Boulder.
Dung Beetles appear randomly in surface biomes and roll a Poo Boulder in front of them. The beetle itself is about the size of a ladybug, about 1x1 square in size, and the Poo Boulder it rolls is the standard size of 2x2 blocks.
When a Dung Beetle pushes a Poo Boulder, it becomes part of the critter, so you can walk past it without worry. However, if a Dung Beetle is killed or caught in a bug net, the Poo Boulder becomes a projectile and starts rolling in the direction it was pushed.
When a Dung Beetle is used from the inventory, the beetle itself appears and walks around like a regular bug. However, it can interact with a freestanding Poo Boulder, catching it (making it part of the critter again), and rolling it as before.
