Items Effect stars

Okay, so for melee users there's normal flasks, that make the weapons give debuffs right? And with ranged, they have their special bullets and arrows. So, for mages and summoners, I introduce *Drumroll* Effect stars! Essentially, what they would do, is that they would act like flasks, but for magic weapons and summons. Example: Star of ichor, Star of poison, etc.

Are they basically clones of flasks? You probably can get more creative than that, especially considering that there are far more debuff themed magic weapons than melee weapons.
