1% drop chance from dungeon spirits. Drops a Cursed Cobalt Rod

Summons enchanted Shield.

Rather than directly attacking enemies it hovers around the player and faces enemies and reflecting projectiles. Each time they reflect or come in contact with an enemy they get cracked. They have 3 durability but will regenerate 1 durability every 3 seconds. On contact with enemies it will deal 100 splash damage and upon reflection it will add 40 damage to the projectile before the reflection.

I like this. The only issue I have is the sprite, but they never use sprites in suggestions anyway. Perhaps make it so it doesn't work on the Lunatic Cultist through Moon Lord though? That would be a little overpowered...

True. Maybe it could be affected by the moon bite debuff. Or ineffective against piercing projectiles.
