Endless Quiver

The guide showed me this and so I bought all the arrows, but I can't figure out were to craft it.

You craft it at a crystal ball I believe

Rather odd how these offer low damage but cant be crafted until you get a hardmode crystal ball.
They seem rather pointless at that point.

There are some bows that can transform any type of ammo like the Hellwing Bow(pre-hardmode) / Marrow / Ice bow / Shadowflame bow / Pulse bow

So having the endless quiver is very useful with those
