PC Everytime I try to launch the game my screen goes completely white.

Everytime I try to launch the game my screen goes completely white and the only way out of it is to restart my whole computer. I have tried to reinstall the game, tried to verify the integrity of the game files and the only thing that worked was clean booting windows but when I tried to do a normal boot after that the game didn't work again. Any help would be appriciated.

Can you provide your PC specs so that the devs can better look over it?
OP has Windows
OP tried:

• Restarting PC
• Reinstalling game
• Revalidate game files
• Only clean boot worked
