Experiencing crashes while playing the game

I'm experiencing crashes while playing the game; sometimes they occur when crafting, and at other times when reforging. This one happened after I beat a boss. I would love some insight on my problem. I'm not sure if the world is corrupted or if there's something wrong with my mods. I had the same mods in a different playthrough and had no crashes. I only added one mod, and it is currently disabled. (It's also worth noting that the previous playthrough was months ago, on essentially a different device.) Any help would be much appreciated.

The crashes in your log are from NoxusBoss, which is Wrath of the Gods

Yep, you are correct. I wasn't sure what NaxusBoss was, so I was confused.
