Weapons & Equip Famished Wings - A pair of wings dropped by the Wall of Flesh.

In early hardmode, the one largest hurdle is obtaining wings. In certain challenge runs, too, you might be incapable of getting any until as late as pre golem.
So here's the whole idea!
5% chance in Classic,
7.5% chance in Expert,
and 10% chance in Master.
Drops from the Wall Of Flesh alongside other items. (The weapon, emblem & pwnhammer)
It has equal flight time to the Frozen Wings.
It's literally just Frozen wings but retextured and dropped by WoF. Literally no difference in stats.

I feel like a 5% / 7.5% chance wouldn't make them accessible easily (unless you farm WoF but at that point you could just get one of the other wings) and, the way I read it, your point is to have an easily accessible early-HM wings

Should i buff it to a 10/12.5/15?

I'm not sure what challenge runs could possibly lock wings to post-plantera (I assume that's what you meant by pre-golem, because pre-golem doesn't make much sense?).

Fin wings can potentially obtained as soon as hardmode starts, Jetpack after beating a single mech boss, Dev wings from hardmode treasure bags, Fishron wings from Duke Fishron.

You would have to be doing a:
No crafting
No fishing
No NPCs
No Treasure Bags
No Duke Fishron (if you would have otherwise counted duke fishron as not fishing)
run all at once to not be able to get wings until post-plantera.

Also, frozen wings are a "strong" early hardmode wing, on par with harpy and pixie wings, which all usually take more effort to get than angel/devil wings to balance out their superior ability, so I feel like these potentially very easy to get wings should only be as strong as angel/devil wings.

I don't think that solves the problem. I assume this would be like the fledgling wings - nice if you get them but not worth grinding for (even though the fledgling wings might be a bit more worth it since they're the only pre-HM wings)
Do drop chances even get buffed in master mode? I know they do in expert but I think they don't get an additional buff in master

They don’t

It was just an extra detail I added.

Personally, I always found Frozen to be easier to get than the evil biome wings
But if you insist, I can nerf it to be that strength

I disagree, pixie wings are fairly easy to get.

This would be pretty cool, honestly. It makes sense that's its rare because now you'll be all set for earlyhm. Support.

Maybe I'm just a hopeless potion addict but I find that Featherfall Potion and Jump Bottles outclass wings until Jetpack or Hoverboard, so I certainly wouldn't use these.

I suppose, then, that I wouldn't be opposed to this, since I wouldn't be using it anyway and thus wouldn't really be affected.

That drop chance seems particularly low for being exactly the same as Frozen. Perhaps you could make it weaker, but do something a bit more interesting? Personally, if I did use wings, I probably wouldn't bother trying to get these since Frozen Wings are right around the corner, and if I got them by chance, then it wouldn't feel terribly special since the task of getting Frozen Wings isn't very difficult anyway, and thus getting the wings hasn't spared me very much trouble.

I think it might be interesting if they had quite low movement stats, but a Hungry shoots out and latches onto a (very) nearby enemy, providing infinite flight and much higher speed (better than Frozen) while leeching from them, perhaps dealing constant damage as well. These would be great for a close-ranged playstyle, while someone who prefers to stay at range would probably want to pick something else.

Honestly i would never use these for the reasons mentioned above. As well as an addition reason.
The Lucky Horseshoe and all of it's tinkers boost Luck. So I prefer Bundle of Horseshoe Balloons and Feather Fall Potions even up to Moon Lord.
