My favorite NPC is either the Goblin Tinkerer or the Witch Doctor, but I slightly prefer the Goblin Tinkerer.

My favorite is the Steampunker as ALL of the stuff she sells has been useful to me.

My least favorite is the Nurse as she serves as a win button for people who don't want to bother learning how to play the game. (Regen builds are free and infinite use.)

Impure summoner

Nothing else needs to be said. Impure summoner is the only class which actually benefits from playing other classes, and is therefore objectively far more powerful than all the others.
Mage was the best class only before they nerfed spectre armor and mana potions.
