My pick ended up a 3 way tie between Mobius, Graham, and Boone.
I'm gonna go with Boone because A: He's the most broken companion in the game with his practically automatic Hunting Rifle and B: He's a really interesting and memorable character in a game full of interesting and memorable characters.
You know what, just play New Vegas. It's amazing.

He one taps you at several points in the fight no matter how much you've prepared.
The only way I've found to win
Is to use abilities that give you auto revive.
