Best villain quote ever comes from one of the worst movies ever made, Street Fighter: The Movie. The context is, Bison is holding Chun-Li captive and she starts a raher lengthy exposition on how Bison, back when he was just a common thug leading a gang of bandits, burnt down her village and killed her father.

So Bison's answer to that revelation? "The day your village was visited by me was the most important day of your life, but for me it was... Tuesday."
