(fixed) Tmodloader insane lag

i just dont know how i fixed it but its working now, i just stopped playing and now its perfectly fine

recently my tmodloader just started dropping from 60 fps to 40 fps, and i have a good pc, already tried changing settings and using tmodloader64 and it just wont work, when i play in multiplayer with my friend it gets WAY WORSE!
if somebody has the solution please tell me

btw here is the mods that i use
-calamity mod
-calamity music
-calamity extra music
-calamity vanities
-magic storage
-bags
-fargo both evils
-alchemist npcs
-boss checklist
-reduced grinding
-recipe browser
-yet another boss health bar
-begone evil
-vein miner
-friendly npcs dont die

thats a lot of mods but i already played with more without any lag

You can try changing frame skip settings, lighting settings, turning off the extra backgrounds, or if you are playing windowed you can even reduce the window size.

Would you mind saying how this issue was resolved for you? I'm having the same issue with a very similar modlist and cant find anything else
